I'm Robert Maloof and my family and I are lifelong Bergen County residents. I have been practicing law for more than 35 years both in Hackensack and currently in the Pascack Valley area. I am experienced in a variety of legal areas and able to service the needs of residents and small business owners. In addition to residential and commercial real estate transactions, sale and purchases of a business, commercial lease preparation as well as land use applications to local planning and zoning boards, I am a court approved mediator for non-marital disputes and serve as an arbitrator in all civil disputes. A significant portion of my practice is as a trial attorney representing parties in automobile accidents, slip and fall and other personal injury claims, commercial litigation and contract disputes. I am also experienced with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, living wills and formations of corporations and limited liability companies.
